William Pitre

William Pitre is a Senior Advisor with America’s Homeowner Alliance (a National Think Tank focused on Homeownership) and works on Committees with FDIC - Alliance for Economic Inclusion (AEI), Federal Reserve - Houston Money Week, within their community outreach initiatives. He has consistently focused on education of real estate professionals and our communities.

William “Bill” Pitre has been a Licensed Texas Real Estate Agent/Broker since 1982. He has been active with the Houston Black Real Estate Association since 2001.  He currently serves on the NAREB National Board as Director at Large and as the National Committee Chair for the Multi-Generational Wealth Pillar. Mr. Pitre also serves the Houston Black Real Estate Association local board as a Board Member. He recently served as the NAREB Region 12 Vice-President for 9 NAREB Boards in Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico & Texas. 

Bill Pitre served as President of the Houston Chapter in 2009 – 2010 where he first introduced Homestead Exemption training and programs for the membership and the Community. Bill Pitre has spearheaded education programs in a variety of Houston area neighborhoods to increase the number of Homeowners and prepare them for sustainable homeownership.

Mr. Pitre has been the Broker for Star Realty Services since 1983 and has operated Mortgage and Title companies in the Greater Houston area.
